Duration
Grooms are within a 1-3 hour time period. This is dependent on the coat condition, the size of the dog and the request for groom.
Collection
If you wish to collect your dog, you will be notified within 30 mins prior to completion of groom. Following the 30 mins since being notified, an additional fee of $15 is charged per hour for supervision.
Cancellation
If cancellation is within 24 hours of the appointment, we do incur a 15% cancellation fee of your booked groom. Due to limited availbilty, groomers can cancel if clients fail to arirve within 15 minutes of the set appointment time and a small fee may be required.​

Pensioners
We provide a 25% discount on grooming services for pensioners, provided proof of their Pensioners Concession Card is shown to our staff.

Please note that prices are a guide only. Exact pricing is determined based on weight, condition and length of each dog's coat. Price of service will be discussed and determined upon consultation prior to the commencement of service. Extra Care are suggestions that can be added to your dog's grooming service. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any information about our treatments.
Please notify our team of any medical issues prior to visiting as we will not be responsible for any conditions that were not disclosed before grooming. All dogs must be fully vaccinated unless written consent from their vet is provided.
We are extremely passionate about all dogs, and as our priority is their health and safety, we reserve the right to refuse any service. Based on the dog's age, temperament, coat conditions or general health, that decision is not successful.
